Brioche roll

turkey mince

spring onion
chopped

tsp
fish sauce
zero calorie cooking spray
Instructions
Slice spring onions as fine as possible, add turkey mince and fish sauce.
Mix together by hand and make burger patties.
Fry in a pan (until cooked through) with zero cal spray
Serve in brioche roll with side salad (or chips).
You can add garlic mayo.
As an alternative, leave out the fish sauce and add crispy bacon and cheese.
