Ingredients

  • 1 Brioche roll
  • 150 g turkey mince
  • 1 spring onion chopped
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • zero calorie cooking spray

Instructions

  • Slice spring onions as fine as possible, add turkey mince and fish sauce.
  • Mix together by hand and make burger patties.
  • Fry in a pan (until cooked through) with zero cal spray
  • Serve in brioche roll with side salad (or chips).
  • You can add garlic mayo.
    As an alternative, leave out the fish sauce and add crispy bacon and cheese.
