Instructions
Mash bananas and add in melted butter, mix together in a bowl
Add in light brown sugar, the egg and vanilla extract
Mix gently
Sprinkle cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda and salt over the top, then mix gently
Add flour and mix through
Pour into a buttered loaf tin and bake for 50 mins to an hour at 175C
Try not to eat directly from the tin
