Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 Brioche roll
- 150 g turkey mince
- 1 spring onion chopped
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- zero calorie cooking spray
Instructions
- Slice spring onions as fine as possible, add turkey mince and fish sauce.
- Mix together by hand and make burger patties.
- Fry in a pan (until cooked through) with zero cal spray
- Serve in brioche roll with side salad (or chips).
- You can add garlic mayo.As an alternative, leave out the fish sauce and add crispy bacon and cheese.
