This is Katie, we have been working together since the beginning of 2019. Katie’s initial request was to improve her performance in swimming. After sitting down and discussing her requirements we formulated a plan of nutrition improvement. Katie is a student with a very busy life, so changes to her nutrition need to be easy to accomplish and beneficial to her goals. As a result of Katie’s continued hard work with her nutrition and training, Katie has seen an improvement. During the last couple of weeks, Katie has been rewarded with an impressive 5 gold and 2 bronze haul, 2 lifetime personal best swim times and has dropped 2 suit sizes. This is all due to her hard work and consistency, I do not doubt that Katie’s performance will continue to improve. Very impressive results and deserved.

There are two things you should take away from this piece. One is that nutrition is key to achieving performance goals, and the other is having consistency in whatever it is that you do. This means that you are directly responsible for the outcome. It may be weight loss. It may be improved strength, but YOU are ultimately responsible.
