There are a range of plans available depending on how much support you believe you’ll require and where you are on your journey. With no lengthy tie-in periods you can change plans as your needs develop.

What is Nutrition Coaching?

Nutrition Coaching helps you maximise your health potential by teach you about how food decisions affect your body. It is always specific to the individual and encourages positive lifestyle changes.

It might be right for you if:

  • You struggle to lose weight and keep it off
  • You regularly work out but don’t see improvement in your performance
  • You don’t have much knowledge of your bodies nutritional needs

Regular Check-Ins

Whether it be via email, telephone/video call or 1 to 1 meetings in person, we will stay in touch throughout your journey and ensure you are getting the results you want.

Basic Plan

Ideal If you eat relatively healthy and are able to follow guidelines 80-90% of the time but you are not seeing the results that you want.

Initial Call to set goals and expectations

A personalised nutrition plan

weekly check-in via email (which will include any adherence issues and feedback to make sure you get the results you want).

£50 per month / £500 per year

Advanced Plan

Choose this if you struggle to lose weight and keep it off; or if you have performance related goals and want the extra feedback.

Bi-weekly Call/Video Call or 1 on 1 meeting where possible to help with any problems you may be experiencing

Choose this if you require lots of guidance or require lots of support(semi-pro-pro level athlete).

Learn How it Works!

Do you provide meal plans?

No! It’s no fun being told what and when to eat, and in most cases you will end up quitting.

Is there a minimum sign up period?

Yes. All of the plans have a minimum commitment of 3 months, then payment is made monthly; you a free to cancel any time after this.

Do I really need coaching?

Some people need to be held accountable to be successful, others need to learn about healthy choices. If you can go it alone and learn from books, online resources and get the results you want – then that’s amazing, good work!

How long will it take to reach my goal weight?

Everyone is different and it really depends on how hard you are prepared to work.

What membership is right for me?

We will discuss this in more detail during your free consultation, but you should have a rough idea of how much help you need.
