Chilli
A great recipe for meal prep.

Ingredients
- 500 g mince beef, pork, turkey all work well
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 can kidney beans
- 2 cans chopped tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves chopped or crushed
- 200 g mushrooms chopped
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp hot chilli powder add more to make it hotter!
Instructions
- Brown mince and break up with a wooden spoon
- Add garlic and onion, cook on medium heat until onions are soft
- Add tomatoes, beans and spices, mix well
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low for 10 minutes
Make enough for 3 meals
Eat one portion with rice
Eat one portion with tacos
Use another portion and combine with cooked rice. Then fill sliced bell peppers, top with cheese and bake @180/gm7 for 15-20 minutes (ensure contents is hot before serving)
