  • 100 g beef steak strips
  • .5 tsp paprika
  • .5 tsp chilli flakes
  • .5 red bell pepper sliced
  • .5 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 30 g red onion sliced
  • .25 large avocado sliced
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp sour cream


  • Slice steak, onions and bell peppers into strips.
  • Heat butter in frying pan or griddle, add in paprika and steak.
  • Cook until steak is browned, then add in the onion and peppers.
  • Once hot remove from heat and place on a plate, top with avocado slices, sour cream and a sprinkle of chili flakes.
