Spicy Steak Strips

Ingredients
- 100 g beef steak strips
- .5 tsp paprika
- .5 tsp chilli flakes
- .5 red bell pepper sliced
- .5 yellow bell pepper sliced
- 30 g red onion sliced
- .25 large avocado sliced
- 1 lime wedge
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp sour cream
Instructions
- Slice steak, onions and bell peppers into strips.
- Heat butter in frying pan or griddle, add in paprika and steak.
- Cook until steak is browned, then add in the onion and peppers.
- Once hot remove from heat and place on a plate, top with avocado slices, sour cream and a sprinkle of chili flakes.
