Fried Gnocchi and Garlic Sausage
It’s crunchy, chewy and unbelievably delicious. If you haven't tried fried gnocchi before, you will love this.

- medium saucepan

Ingredients
- 500 g gnocchi
- 10 Chicken Sausages remove skin
- 1 courgette diced
- 250 g cherry tomatoes chopped
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 80 g grated cheese
- 4 tbsp pine nuts
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, cook the sausage over medium heat, crumbling the meat with the back of a wooden spoon
- Once it is browned and cooked through, add the garlic, tomatoes and courgette
- Salt and pepper to taste, and cook, stirring occasionally
- Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat
- When hot, add the gnocchi, and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crisp
- Serve the gnocchi topped with the sausage mixture, grated cheese and the pine nuts
